Wrestling Outlasts Meadville on Senior Night

The McDowell wrestling team earned a dual match victory 39-35 over Meadville Wednesday, Jan. 5, at Paul Goll Memorial Gymnasium.

Vincent DeAngelis-Rieger, Mekhi Thigpen, Mason Hamilton, Xzavier Laboy and Mareahn Moss all had pins for the Trojans.

Seniors Skylar Wasielewski, Vinny Deangelis-Rieger, Erim Jahic, Isaiah Mehler, and girls' wrestler Isela Cotto were honored on senior night.

McDowell's boys' and girls' teams head to IUP for Mid-Winter Mayhem this weekend, Jan. 9-10.
