Competitive Cheer Wins District Title

The McDowell varsity coed competitive cheerleading team won another District 10 title Saturday, December 20, at Paul Goll Memorial Gymnasium.

The Trojans had an average score of 78.80 out of 100 to place first in the AAA coed division and clinch a spot in the PIAA state championship.

The state competitive spirit competition is Jan. 9-10 in Johnstown.
